Residence Il Fiore Del Garda

We stayed at Il Fiora Del Garda last week and had an amazing time. The apartment is spacious, clean and with an absolutely priceless view over the olive trees and Garda Lake. Our apartment was on the corner, with total privacy and had a huge balcony allowing us to have breakfast in the sun each morning and cool shaded apperartifs in the eveining whilst overlooking the lake. Saskia, the host could not be more helpful and friendly. Upon check in she took her time to provide us with information on things to do and where to go. Gave us a great tip about a boat rental company in Manerba and as a result had an exciting day on the lake. The apartment is about 500 meters from Garda Lake, so you can stroll down and spend the day at the lake, which our kids loved. There is a little bar just on the shore where my husband and I could rent sun lougers and relax while the kids played in the lake. Heaven! The apartment itself has a pool too, so you can also choose to relax there. We just preferred the lake, with its cool breeze. The town of Manerba is about 1 km away, so could be reached by foot, but along roads without a side walk. We dis this once, but with three small kids preferred taking the car. All and all a great place if you want to visit Garda Lake outside the hustle and bustle of the larger East Coast towns.
