At the end of our one night stay, I asked the lovely Natalya at reception how come they are not classed as a 5 star establishment, given they offered a five star service and ambience. She replied with a smaile saying there was no 24 hour desk available. What there was in abundance was style and quality, the linen sheets, fluffy towels, superb dining facilities and a great breakfast served on a lakeside terrace. Definitely a place to return to.
