AC Hotel Brescia by Marriott

I have stayed once again in this very comfortable hotel. What makes me always coming back to this hotel is in fact the team which is frankly very professional and super friendly. Most of the time, when the teams are providing a good service , you just have to see the person who is in charge of the hotel and in this case. I had the opportunity to meet him few times the general manager of the hotel Mr. Nicolas Rabot is a very nice man and very professional , he always listens to his guests. Working hard to motivate his team . You can often meet him at the reception because he likes to be in contact with his customers and he makes sure that everything goes well during your stay. I would like to mention the front desk team with the charming front desk manager Cinzia, she is always very welcoming and friendly. She really takes care of the customers ,with her team I would like to thanks Jay, Emanuele, Francesca the breakfast is really delicious, with very good products, the warm Arta, is really friendly and makes your breakfast even more enjoyable. The two waiters named Michele, they are very professional, always smiling and take care of their customers and serving a delicious meal. They both work with passion. the rooms are very comfortable, and especially very clean. I also wanted to thank you a cleaning lady who comes from Senegal ( I can’t remember her name) she really does a very good job. I highly recommend this hotel which is also quite close to the city center. The private underground parking is safe and easy access goes directly to your room level.
