This hotel is a great value for Lago d'Iseo. Iseo is a major attraction and many hotels are 200€ or more. For much much less we found Hotel Belvedere directly across from the lake with beautiful views rom that balcony and windows. Giuseppe handled our reservation and he was super helpful. I honestly think we got the very last room in all of Lovere for the very busy weekend. It was a pretty quick walk to the medieval center and many fine restaurants, bars and cafes. Yes, the hotel is not super modern, and does not have a pool, or spa or anything too fancy. However the staff is so friendly, the beds very comfortable and it has AIR CONDITIONING!! At night (Friday and Saturday night) there was a lot of noise from the disco nearby, but we closed the windows and turned on the AC and slept like babies! Don't let some of the negative reviews fool you. If you are not too high maintenance this hotel will do just fine!
