109 reviewsWith a name like Hotel Industry we thought the hotel would be in an industrial area and not very pleasant. We were completely wrong. It is in a lovely area and is bright and clean and clearly well known by locals. We were traveling with 2 dogs and had just been turned away at another hotel in this same city in spite of their advertising as accepting pets. Not only were we all accepted here but they were the most pet friendly hotel we found in all of our travels throughout Italy. The gentleman at th front desk reception was quick, efficient and friendly. English was no problem and we ended up having a wonderful conversation with this lovely man. Our room was immaculate, large and very clean. We went to dinner in the restaurant and were absolutely amazed to find it packed with locals and guests alike. They were all clearly enjoying their meals. With so many locals, we knew it must be wonderful food and service. We were certainly not disappointed. We had a delicious meal and were serviced quickly and efficiently. When we went to pay for our meal we had the opportunity to meet the owner and he could not possibly have been nicer. We ended up staying and sharing a fantastic dessert and drink with him. He was charming, friendly and made us feel like we had known him for years. We highly, highly recommend this hotel AND this restaurant if you are traveling anywhere near Brescia. You will nt be disappointed.
