I'm really torn when it comes to writing this review because while I wish these wonderful people every success, I fear if I tell it like it really is, well never be able to get in again! We stayed for 8 nights in this amazing piste side (run 18 Tonalina) gem, with our ten year old son. My husband has been to Passo Tonale many times and this is my third visit but I've never felt quite so welcome and at home as I have here. We have been treated like family from the moment we arrived to the (sad) day of departure. Our room was perfect, the food we ate was nothing short of spectacular and the service was second to none. These guys work so hard to create the perfect slope side retreat, where nothing is too much trouble. We will certainly try our hardest to return.
