6 reviewsMy partner, our 3 girls and I stayed in Residence le Balze in August this year and had the most fabuolous holiday! The apartments were clean and very nice. The view was amazing!!! What made our holiday though was the lovely lady Graziella who looked after us the whole time we were there. We read a couple of reviews before we arrived and i have to admit we were a bit worried. We were wrong to worry, Graziella could not have been more welcoming or helpful to us throughout our whole stay (2 weeks) She made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to fetch supplies for us from the local supermarket. We had a buggy and the hill was quite steep but we didn't mind, the excercise was good after all the lovely food we enjoyed in Malcesine and if we ever got stuck with bags etc. we could call Graziella and she would help us with the shopping :) There was a great tourist bus service (Scheduled every hour) which took us to the centre of Malcesine most evenings. The pool at Residence le Balze was great for our girls and they spent a lot of time there! We liked to walk down to the bottom of the hill (about 5 mins max.) and go for a swim by the lake. It really was beautiful and i would recommend to anyone! Want to go back as soon as possible :)
