Agriturismo Pratello

We stayed en famille and there were many other families around which was lovely. It is upmarket, not flash, but beautiful and also relaxed. Our room, a superior suite, was large comfortable and well appointed with its own private roof terrace. The many windows opened onto the winery and valley beyond. It is a working vineyard do there is a tasting room/ shop. We tried a couple of their many wines and sat by one of the pools on the sun loungers, which was lovely. A wedding reception was taking place on the other terrace- a beautiful location. We didn’t manage to go in the hot tub. Dinner in the evening was outside on a terrace. The food was top drawer and interesting as well as many of the products coming from the farm. The waiters were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the following morning was really very good with many home made items- breads, cakes, jams etc. there is even a juicer- always a good sign. This place hits all the high notes, great for couples and families alike and while not cheap, won’t break the bank. The many wines on offer are of good quality and great value. You really won’t be disappointed!
