This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The agency is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. On Sundays, it is open from 10:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent bed linen at EUR 10 per person and towels at EUR 5 per person. Heating costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption.
