Parking spaces are kind of tricky here, but this the apartment is lovely and very clean. Very helpful staff all the way, thank you so much! i already recommended your apartments to my friends and family.

It is similar to Air BnB where they have blocked floors on different appartments. Our room was a decent sized room with a small kitchen that was fully equipped. It also had a Nespresso machine and a washing machine with detergent. Pleasantly surprised with little things like ambient lighting, top and frontal pressurized shower, olive oil in the kitchen, etc. We used La,Spezia as our base camp to go to Cinque Terre instead of carrying all our luggage in hard to reach villages of cinque terre. I would recommend this place to everyone. Also it is close enough to a little flee market right in the next lane

Fantastic place,very clean, friendly,quiet room- recommendable.  We spent 4 days  in good conditions.Great location  in  La spezia .Close to the distance to the port, railway station, and old part of town. Thanks for nice days in Atmosfere Guest House.

Very friendly & helpful reception. We were personally taken to our room on Via Roma & all details were carefully explained. The room was simple but clean & well appointed, including a Nespresso machine & bottled water. These small touches are appreciated! Good neighborhood for restaurants, both for breakfast & dinner. We opted to rent the private box/garage at the La Spezia train station parking facility for 15 euros/day, a reasonable fee for a secure, convenient parking option.The only negative point was a sense of humidity in the room & bathroom, but the air conditioning helped. This is a good place to stay as a base to explore Cinque Terre.

We visited La Spezia with 15 friends and members of out family to get married and we are extremely pleased with your hospitality. It was a good time spent at the Atmosphere Guest House, we lack nothing. The hosts showed nice commitment, they were in touch with us at any time of the day and they also surprised us with a wonderfult gift. You are amazing, I hope we will have the pleasure of being your guests again, one day in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for five nights in September.  Check in was at an office on the next block.  Check in staff was friendly and very helpful and they had provided a bottle of wine in the room.

Room was spacious and clean and was cleaned on a daily basis.  They seem to have thought of everything here.  There was a kitchenette with fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The bed was comfy and there was a large smart TV.  Wi fi and aircon worked well and there were plenty of power sockets.

Location was great.  Less than a 10 minute walk from the main train station and approx 15 minute walk to the seafront.  Within spitting distance of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Tip: most people stay in La Spezia to visit the Cinque terre which, in our opinion, is very commercialized and overcrowded.  Genoa, on the other hand, is a lovely, quiet and interesting city and is only just over an hour away on the train.

The check in was very easy. As we were arriving early we were able to make arrangements and leave our luggage. The rooms are simple but equipped with everything. It is a flat with six rooms. Each with in-suite bathroom.   The location was good and staff very helpful. The only issue I had was the mold in the bathroom.  I sent them a Friendly email with a photo but they never responded to my surprise. 

Again if you don’t want to pay high prices this is a good alternative. As you are out whole day and only need a place to sleep.
