152 reviewsI had booked to stay for one night in the hotel for business reasons. I chose it because of the good reviews, its economic price and its convenient location for my work the next day. Unfortunately, due to some irregularities of Alitalia flights (probably the most terrible airline!) and a big delay, I missed my connecting flight to Genoa and, thus, my stay at the hotel. In the meanwhile, I was able to inform the hotel owners about the problems and that I would only know at the very last moment whether I would be able to fly to Genoa on the night of the booking. At all times, they immediately replied and were extremely helpful. Based on the conditions of my booking, the owners could charge my credit card for the no-show night. This is why I did not ask for any different treatment. I was very positively surprised to get an email from the hotel informing me that they would not make me pay for the night I did not stay. I really appreciate and thank them for such honest and nice treatment. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will choose it the next time I go to Genoa - hopefully with a less adventurous trip! Thanks again for the wonderful treatment!
