Beach Residence

Very nice property in new condition. The only negative is that it does not have parking on the premises as advertised on Booking.com. Parking on premises means there is room for each rental property. I spent a long time trying to find a property with parking so it is very upsetting to find out it was a lie. There are 2 small places next to the 15 or so apartments. The owner has his private secure parking about 5 min drive and will take you on his car every time you need to use it. Or there is free open town parking about a mille away. Noise level-It has a nice terrace with view of the ocean and if the neighbors are out and about it is pretty noisy. It was very quiet at night. Reception-There is no reception per se, but the owners seem to always be around during the day. They are very nice and helpful. Light for reading –There is a separate room from the bedroom. Bed –Comfortable. Air Conditioning-It has been raining and cold so didn’t use Wi-Fi-Works well. The last day it would not work and it was too early to call the owner. Later I found out you don’t get internet the last day. TV-Italian channels only Refrigerator-Petty large and quiet Wine glasses-No but it has regular glasses, plates and cooking utensils for simple meals. There is a supermarket close by with cooked food to take out, and the lasagna was delicious. The packed salads only have oil so get some extra dressing. Room for bags-We are using the small bedroom Tea Kettle or coffee maker-Microwave and stove Bathroom-No amenities only a small bar of soap Safety Bars-No Tissues-No, but there are napkins and paper towels Shower pressure-Good Cloths line-Yes Towels-Nice and they were changed after 2 nights Hair dryer-Good Full length mirror-No Makeup mirror-No Self-serve Laundry-There is a washing machine downstairs and you leave the clothes with the owner. I think she said 4 euros per load. Iron and ironing board-No Complimentary bottle water-No Plugs- Plenty
