It's a budget hotel so it is not fancy, but pretty decent for what you've paid for it. The territory is nice, the rooms are clean and have all basic things you need (though AC is ten euros extra). The personnel is super nice and helpful. One major drawback for me was the location: it's 15-20 minutes walk from the beach and the center of Forio. And there is a big road right near the hotel which might be a problem for light sleepers. All in all I would totally recommend it for those who doesn't want to pay for a marble bathroom or anything like that.
