We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for five nights, and it was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s exceptional service and genuine friendliness made us feel right at home. Their warm welcomes and attentive care set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The breakfast spread was a delightful way to start each day, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was the perfect fuel for exploring the area. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with housekeeping doing an exemplary job of maintaining a pristine environment throughout our stay. The bathrooms were impeccable, featuring modern fixtures and luxurious touches that added a sense of indulgence. A special mention goes to the adorable welcome touch of little macarons in the room upon arrival – such a charming and thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel valued. We stayed in a junior suite, and the jacuzzi tub was an absolute dream, providing a spa-like retreat that was pure bliss after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a short 20-minute walk to most major attractions, making exploration effortless and enjoyable. Adding to the charm is a stunning medieval building right in front of the hotel, which gives the area a quaint, almost magical ambiance that we loved. This hotel truly excels in every way – from the outstanding staff and immaculate facilities to the prime location and thoughtful details.
