The place is perfectly located for me (10 min walk to city center and Uni of Ferrara), the studio I rented had all I wanted (clean and comfort bed, good bathroom, spacious living space and a small kitchen (though I didn't use the kitchen as I was in a short stay and wanted to try local food). Breakfast was enough, wifi worked perfectly, they had bicycles which I used both days to get around, owners speaks good English and are helpful. Will plan to stay there again and recommend others.
