The houses are very clean and nicely decorated with wonderful terraces to drink an aperitivo or have a meal. The setting is beautiful with an extremely well kept garden and also well located not too far from the main town and close to all the key spots in the island. Most importantly the owners Rosalia and Pino make you feel welcome instantly and are always available to help with any questions etc. Truly great experience!!

A few friends and I decided to head to Favignana for the long weekend. I had never been there before, but was promised perfection. I could not have asked for more. I was looking for a stress-free, relaxing weekend by the sea and that is exactly what I got. Pino and Rosalia were incredibly kind, friendly and available to us for any questions we had. We barely had to ask for anything though, because everything was set up for us. From extra pillows to where to find a supermarket to the best place to rent bikes, they had all  of that information covered. The house itself was spotless, had fully functional amenities and was super comfortable. One of the best features is that it is perfectly situated between the town and the sea. Aside from the location, the house had a great patio for outdoor lunches; a beautiful garden for some lounging around and tanning; and a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. From it's clear waters to the cute strip of bars in the town’s Centre, Favignana was a perfect choice for the weekend. And thanks to Pino and Rosalia's homey-housing  the only thing we had to do was enjoy.

This place is ideally situated on this island. It is near the city center (five minute bike ride) but secluded just enough to have great privacy. Biking was the best mode of transportation for this island. 

The villa is very clean, well equipped, and the owners are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay here very much and would highly recommend this place. I did not test out the Internet connection. After hiking, biking, and dining well, the last thing on my mind was to connect to the rest of the world.

I hope to return.

Villa dei Gabbiani is a wonderfull place, situated in the heart of Favignana island and conveniently located close to the port and village, and also near the best seasides in the island. The place is hosted by a friendly familly, who were very helpful to us! Kitchen in a house is nicely equipped and there is  a spacious dinning room, bedroom and etc. The house has a rooftop where can see a sunset and there is a garden with two hammocks where you can relax with the book, also its covered with beautiful trees and plants, which makes a nice shade in a hot day time.

The villa is clean, comfortable and quite well-equipped. Excellent location 5 minutes from the sea and it's a 15 minute walk to the centre. Being the first visitors of the season,we had the garden to ourselves. I get the impression it could get rather overcrowded in the summer because all the apartments share the garden. (We had understood it was private). There's  a nice sun terrace on the roof. Rosalina, the owner, was very helpful (although she talks a lot!) and trusting. 
The only other negatives were that is wasn't very clear that we had to pay €50 extra for cleaning and the internet connection is very slow.
Favignana is simply beautiful and we had a  wonderful holiday.
