Conveniently located, clean and functional. Stayed here 3 nights with a cousin while visiting relatives in Perugia. This hotel has no-frills (but all amenities), clean, and functional rooms. The room rate includes a pretty good breakfast (with espresso or cappuccino) and free parking and free WiFi. It is located in a nice and safe area, close to a huge shopping centre, access roads to the highway and a short car ride to the monorail service to Perugia's historic centre. We paid only 60 Euro a night; a real bargain if you consider that we were there during the last weekend of the Umbria International Jazz Festival.
