A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

**Mandatory Fees and Taxes**

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.00 per person, per night

Room service fee: EUR 55.00 per booking

Refundable deposit: EUR 350.00

Following fees are included in price:

VAT: 10% of the booking cost.

**Know Before You Go**

Loud music and any disturbance to neighbours are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Total number of guests cannot exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment as it was presented to them and therefore, responsible for paying for damages they may have caused during the course of the reservation.

Guests are kindly asked to leave the kitchen in a clean, orderly condition: All rubbish is to be disposed of in the proper manner and the kitchen area is to be left clean and tidy, all the cookware and tableware washed. All the bins in the rooms and in the bathroom are to be empty

Failure to comply with the rules, particularly excessive noise after 10 PM, may result in partial or total retention of the security deposit and / or termination of your stay.

**Fees**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Pet fee: EUR 35.00 should be paid at the booking.

Late check-in fee: EUR 35.00 for check-in after 8 PM. Must be arranged and paid in advance.
