27 reviewsLorenzo’s service was above and beyond what I expected. He is the best example of a sincere person. From the time we checked in up to the day we check out. The night before our check out I found out I’m low on my pain med. As soon as he learned that, he made several phone calls that same night. The following morning, he drove me to the hospital to get my prescription and then to the pharmacy. Another example was one of the guest checked out ahead of us and accidentally took my back pack. He offered to drive us to the port and on the way to the port he drove around town hoping he will spot the guest so I can get my bag back. We didn’t find them on the way however I found them while we were checking in the ship. That’s how caring Lorenzo is to his guests. With regards to our room and stay, the room was very clean, large, and provided everything the guest could want, and even more. Towels are new and toiletries were complete. Breakfast was always on time and complete. Location was superb and was within walking distance to the town plaza, theater, restaurants, port, and shopping center, as well as the train station. I loved the personal attention Lorenzo treated us and his guests. He made sure all his guest were relax and well attended too. I wish we could have stayed longer.
