We stayed in Releais Antonella (Casale Tiziano) in August 2021. We were 4 families totalling 15 people and we found each other very well. The owner was a nice and available person. The structure and apartments were super clean, the bed sheets perfectly clean you stretched out. The positive side was the kitchen and the common room that hosted us all comfortably. I feel I recommend the place. I would recommend installing air conditioning in the common room, having met a particularly warm August during and after lunch would have been great.

Not recommended

The villa is located in a desolate area amidst ruins, agricultural brick halls and right next to huge plastic greenhouses. The garden is beautiful, the pool is maintained. The house has already experienced better times and is inhabited and in parts in need of renovation (laundry machine strikes again and again, toilet washing runs without stopping, strips in the kitchen are loose with black mold underneath, curtain rods come down when drawing the curtains...) All the floors are run with ugly plastic covers or cartons to protect them from tenants.

Abandoned villa - has the best times behind it

Beautiful location, surrounded by the peace and greenery of the countryside, a base for visiting the surrounding area, excellent reception by the owners even outside of scheduled times, every room is equipped with every comfort, good cleaning.

Last week of August a trip for two more four-legged friends. The structure is cozy and very clean. The weather is nice even among the guests, last night everyone dines together Milan-Genoa-Rome with a typical dish of their city. But the added value of everything is the property, three exquisite cordial and very sweet people. Rosario the heart of the structure is dedicated to the guests as a real housewife, Tiziano the son of the owners an example for many young people today, and then there is Antonella a super woman of a sweetness. If you are looking for a rare holiday in the sign of relaxation and the real exchange of values once you are in the right place. Let's get rich personally and with some more friends.

The Beauty of Simplicity

When the owners of a building have empathy with them, as in our case, it is difficult to judge them. Everything has turned out perfect, even the smallest imperfections. A place where you lose your sense of time, surrounded by the greenery and kindness of the people of the Umbro-Tuscan border. Cleanliness, comfort, kindness, tranquility.

We were given the opportunity to spend a short vacation in the vicinity of Citerna and for this reason we had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property.

I highly recommend it.

Relais Antonella is made up of 5 apartments, each with the name of a fruit, but the original thing is that each has the color of the reference fruit. There is a nice swimming pool and sun loungers very comfortable. The structure is set up with a lot of care, order and cleanliness. A very nice thing, which is not easy to find everywhere in my opinion, is that the owners, Rosario and Antonella, do everything to make their guests feel comfortable and above all try to satisfy every request and every desire as much as possible..and I have to say that we can do it very successfully 🙂!! My husband and I found ourselves there thanks to the word of mouth of several friends who know how to go around at any time of the year every time they need to get out of the routine to relax in a serene atmosphere and we also recommend SELVA!

In August I spent 10 days at the Relais Antonella and I'm already thinking when I can plan my next holidays there. It was simply amazing. The beauty of the location, the structure, the rooms, the strategic position... And Rosario, the owner, is simply amazing. He made me feel like at home and part of the family. I loved to stay there and my two cats too! And if you are a biker is a perfect place.. Many trails and trip for all levels all around.

Unforgettable holiday!

We were last week for 7 days at this place with 3 children (6, 12 and 15 years old) and enjoyed every day!  The rooms were very clean and cosy, the host was very helpfull to do everything possible to please us. Thank you Rosario! It is an excellent location to visit lots of towns, beautiful neigbourhood!  It was a very relaxing holiday, we met other people at the breakfast but for the rest it felt like we had the place for our own. Highly recommended to every person who likes to enjoy the silence of Toscanie. Although most italians don't really eat breakfast, Rosaria offered us a perfect breakfast. We certainly go back.
