My wife and I stayed at Albergo Rossana during a holiday trip to Italy in early May. The hotel is situated in the Italian town Chianciano Terme which has been known for its thermal baths since antiquity. The hotel must be considered a mid-range hotel and is run as a family business and the service was excellent and very friendly. The room was large with a balcony facing east with a magnificent view (and morning sun). The room had a fine flat screen TV, fridge and complimentary high speed WiFi. The bathroom was large with a bathtub and shower and also equipped with a hairdryer. The beds were nice and comfortable, however we never really got used to the system of layered blankets. We were part of an organized tour including meals and the food served in the restaurant was homemade and original for the region in Tuscany. It was well prepared and tasty. The hotel is recommended for holidays in Tuscany and especially the very high level of service by the staff must be commended.
