Great for those looking for good cuisine service and location

I spent Christmas in this hotel with my friends and we had a great time! We danced, sang, ate very well and we also decided to book for the summer We received a very warm Italian welcome Thank you for everything soon!

What a lovely holiday!

As soon as you spent 2 nights in this hotel on Friday 2/9 and Saturday 2/9 with my family, from the reviews it didn't seem good but found by chance to take the children to Mirabilandia we discovered this hotel very clean, essential but clean and very comfortable rooms, the simplicity of the cordial reception and always present, all the cordial and professional staff, great location on the seaside of Cervia, very good kitchen, we made half boarding house, which is to say... great surprise, we will definitely be back.

What a surprise!

Then we start with the good part, even the best part, the staff is very good, very available and very kind; the owner is very nice and the girls in the hall are really good. The room was clean and daily rearranged and with clean towels in abundance. We start with the middle part, the room, small but in good condition, it's a shame that they made you find the dirty dinner towel at breakfast, with even the crumbs on top.... We had a minimal breakfast but with a croissant at will and two cakes made at home of excellent quality. Some cereal and baked sausage. Fruit juices too watered. Let's move on to the one that will not lead us back: In the room!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to make a distinction.

I think this is a very old hotel, but I think this is a problem that can be overcome if, exactly, if some people who work in it don't do the rest to make it unlivable. Let's start with the positive things, breakfast that can be improved especially because of the lack of fruit and fruit juices in my modest opinion unlivable. While lunch and dinner I have to say that they were good, very good dishes and speed in serving. So overall the eating is OK!

If this hotel is a 3 star house my house is Caserta's. Small rooms, fatigued furniture, beds incredibly uncomfortable, poor cleanliness. But the chick is the bathroom: there is no shower box and every time washing implies flooding the whole place that is already its squalor and vintage. Breakfast is as bad as you can expect. Brioches of the worst quality Without and refurbished. We had cookies, two marmalades and a juice of fruit of phosphorus color. On request for a coffee we were also told that if we wanted the best we would have had to pay overhead. But at the end of the summer we could never have the real problem of the hotel room's demand: full temperature, the warming conditions, they had to wait in this day. The worst is not over!

We stayed three nights at this hotel, I have to say the rooms are simple but functional, the food was great, the staff was very kind and available, the location is strategic just a few steps from downtown, with sea views.

It's perfect.

I've been on vacation at the Lalla Hotel and I can say that I've been really good. The location is great for going to the sea, you have to walk a little, which is a good thing because I often have leg pains. I found the room always in order and breakfast was always my pleasure during the 10 days I stayed.

Satisfaction!

Good structure

I've been with my youngest daughter and I've had a wonderful experience, the room is neat and clean, the restaurant offers dishes of typical Romanian cuisine, and I can say that I want to come back to this hotel for my next holiday in Cervia.
