Please inform Appartamenti Brezza di Mare in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own or rent them on site at an additional cost of EUR 1,50 per person per day. Electricity comes at additional cost based on consumption. Air conditioning is available at additional cost.
