B&B Terrazzo di Venere

Good location for archaeological park and local amenities, nice building very well maintained.  Giovanni was very friendly and helpful so was Rudi ( the cat).  Breakfast was excellent with cheeses and other specialities and croissants. Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower was excellent. Air conditioning worked well. Lovely fresh fish restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Excellent value for money.

We stayed just one night here and it proved a perfect choice as the entrance to the famous temple site that we were eager to visit was just a short walk from our lodgings. There are several good restaurants down by the seaside where there is a wide boardwalk for strolling and enjoying the view out over the water.

The B&B is situated on a quiet side street with safe parking right outside. The rooms, both the downstairs sitting room and the guest rooms, are all beautifully furnished with rugs, tapestries and paintings. We had an upstairs room that was perfect: spotlessly clean, a comfortable bed, plenty of space for luggage, and a large bathroom attached with a splendid shower. 

Breakfast was just perfect, served sitting around the kitchen bench chatting to Giovanni - the perfect host - as we were the only guests that morning. There was a rich array of local pastries, bread, cheeses and condiments. Some of the latter made from fruit from Giovanni's own garden. Fresh coffee of course and a wide selection of teas. There is a bright breakfast room attached when there are other guests, as well as an outdoor terrace with comfortable places to sit in fine weather and with views out towards the temples.

Excellent bed & breakfast. Very kind host, he did his utmost best to give us a pleasent stay.  good breakfast on the roof terrace, good interior. We had an excellent stay! 
Located near the beach and archeological site. 

We stayed at the Terrazza di Venere for one night and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner - Giovanni - is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The showers are great and the view from the terrace is just great. 

We arrived at the old  address for the b and b and could not find it. Luckily we were able to call and the owner Giovani  came and got us and led us to his new location. The b and b is on a huge acreage outside of town about 5 min by car. The brand new building houses two separate suites with all of the bells and whistles. There is a main house where breakfast is offered.  The decorating is fun and the room comfortable. There were lovely baked goods for breakfast as well as fruit yogurt and juices. He went out of his way to pick up fresh baked goods  each morning and local cheese and meats. If you are lucky there will be a fresh baked ricotta cheese dumpling that is out of this world. Giovani will arrange reservations at the local agriturismo restaurant or fresh seafood one .  Visit the ruins and take in the local ambiance. Spent two relaxing days . Once the yardwork and plants are in , this b and b will be even more charming.
