Grand Hotel Europa

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels in Europe i have ever stayed in. The housekeeping staff we didnt see, but i like a slightly firmer pillow, so popped a towel under pillow. I am sure if i asked it wouldnt be a problem to have gained an extra pillow or two. The staff were great, and it felt like visiting family and friends, we had some lovely chats, in broken english and broken Italian. The bar was very well equipped and was a nice chilled out place as the twins (20yr olds) didnt want to venture out on their own in the neighbourhood. The restaurant was lovely and relaxed the food served was outstanding and catered for us all. (One gluten and dairy free coeliac and two with severe nut allergies) We did room only as 3 of our party have allergies, yet they catered as though it was no problem, we were all included. We did pay out for breakfast one day (due to a boat trip) and felt awful, as a young male kept shouting at us about our room number and was then like you havent paid, we were like we are aware and been told it would go onto our end bill. The hotel reception called a taxi it arrived in less than 5minutes, we expected a delay like here in the UK. Overall, we all have said we would most definitely use this hotel again if ever in Naples.
