My Fiancée and I spent our last night in Cagliari at this venue - mid September 2015. It is a building with about half a dozen nice apartments. We arrived Mid-afternoon and found that we needed a security code to enter the building. We got this from the owner, who had communicated her contact details by email before we arrived. The owner then came to welcome us and gave us a few tips on where to park, Wi-Fi PIN, what to do with the key when checking out etc. We were allocated the ground floor apartment and on entry it had such a wow factor. The apartment was very modern, extremely spacious, with a huge space incorporating the kitchen, living space and bed.The furniture was very modern was well set out - high ceilings, lots of coming through and nice windows providing soundproof. The flat was immaculately clean and air conditioned. The bed was modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious with a large shower area. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooker etc - all very modern.There were nice blinds in the apartment and a small outside space which you could utilise. The shower space was large. There was plenty of clean towels and other linen with shower gels etc. In the evening, we took a taxi(from a nearby stand) to join friends for a meal near Via Roma. We slept very well overnight(very quiet) and enjoyed a nice breakfast nearby as it is located on Via Dante Alighieri - very central and within easy reach of shops and cafes. There is also plenty of parking within a stone's throw of the venue on Via Dante Alighieri, which although you have to pay for - it is at a decent tariff - no more than 10 Euros for 18 hours parking(which includes overnight). The price for staying here was very reasonable given the quality and style of accommodation. I strongly recommend this venue for its modern appeal, space, security and location. The Lady owner was also very pleasant to us and said we could call her at any time. I cannot praise this venue enough. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cagliari
