Arrivals after 08:00 PM must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the key box code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 08:00 PM may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of EUR 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

The number of extra beds depends on the room category. Guests must take a look at the information about the size of the selected room.

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details.

Utility fee: from Jube, 15 to September, 13 per person per day: EUR 10.00 adult; EUR 5.00 child from 3 — 11, infants: 0 — 2 free of charge. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 night only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).

Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of EUR 50.00. The cost of cleaning for two-room apartments is EUR 80.00.

City tax: mandatory in Budoni in cash, the amount may change. Deposit refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, additional charges will be applied.
