We had a lovely overnight stay here on our trip home from Italy. Everything, from a warm welcome by the lovely staff, to the clean and comfortable room with a great view of Lake Lugano and a shared terrace, was perfect. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, English was spoken perfectly by the lovely lady at reception. She even offered to help me carry our luggage upstairs and brought us two coffees to the room. Our small dog was also welcomed by everyone. The breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly need and we especially enjoyed the fresh croissants and other sweet treats. I would definitely recommend the lake view rooms if you don't mind the street in front of the house. I would also recommend the restaurant in the house, we had a great dinner here with specialties from the region. All in all we had a very nice stay here and we would definitely come back if we are in the region again. Thank you 🤗❤️
