The room have to be entered by a 3 short flight of stairs (first floor), what is not very easy with a heavy suitcase. 
The room & bathroom were clean but not very big. 
The bed was comfortable and also the pillows. 

There was not a fridge in the room as stated on the page of booking.com en also here on tripadvisor, however this is true only in the most expensive of the rooms. If you have breakfast included, you might get to use the fridge in the breakfast room, otherwise not at all. 
The airco worked good, this was important because even more annoying as the sound of the traffic was, the smell of the two kebab shops under the window / balcony was worse. 
The location was very close to the center and opposite the railway station. 
Very handy when you travel by train but not when you travel by car. We asked the owner before we came if a parking spot was available and he stated that this was not a problem free of charge in the direct neighboorhood. 
But that did not work out this way, if you were lucky you had only to walk 5 minutes, less lucky and you had too walk ten minutes to the appartment from a hard to find parking spot. The parking places under the appartment were always busy and by the railway station you can park for 1 hour, which is handy for unloading/loading your luggage. 

We have spent three nights in the appartment and have seen no one in this time. The trash bin was getting a bit full after 2 days.

Good for traintravellers, near citycenter

I can’t rate this b & b as I never actually got to stay there.
I booked my one night stay directly with the hotel ,by e mail, as it was near the station and had good reviews. I also asked the hotel to arrange my transfer from Brindisi airport to the hotel and they confirmed everything for me.
 I arrived at Brindisi airport and the transfer was waiting for me after we set off the driver was on the phone and kept asking me the name of the b & b  I was staying in , I thought this was strange, anyway eventually he passed the phone to me and the proprietor from Pallazo 900 was on the phone and told me he had forgotten we were coming and he’d locked up and was on the train on the way home, but he would try and get his father to come and book us in, I was horrified it was 9.30 at night. Any way after about 20 mins the transfer pulled up in a street and a girl came and took us to another b & b . The owner from the Pallazo 900 rang me again and said he’d booked us in here, it was ok and we stayed after we looked over the room and it was clean, we felt we didn’t have much option at this time of night. But how bad is it of  Pallazo 900 to forget my booking after everything was confirmed.

What a Sahmbles

I stayed in Palazzo 900 for a week on business in Brindisi and found it perfect. It is ideally located in the centre of town, easy to find just across from the train station and 10 minutes pleasant walk to the port area. The host really is very kind and helpful making sure all requests were seen to promptly. The room was modern, very comfortable and clean with some very nice small touched making it homely. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Brindisi.

Excellent location, Great Host

First impressions are of a non-descript building opposite the station. However, behind the front doors is a suite/apartment that provides luxury at a fantastic price. Fitted out to a very high standard the rooms were spotless and well furnished. Although there is no reception and breakfast is a help yourself affair I would not hesitate to stop here when visiting Brindisi. The owner was very helpful explaining where to go in town and arranged airport connections. Location is ideal being next to the station and just off the main street.

Lovely room/apartment

Was greeted by host Bernado - excellent host. I stayed in front business room. Ideal size room for one person. Room cleaned daily, excellent B&B kitchen stocked with coffee machine, fruit, cake and juice. Excellent location to city, train station and services. Airconditioned, Fully renovated bathroom.

Would make an ideal stay for a holiday in the Puglia area.
If you want a bit more room size, three are two larger rooms to select.

I would stay there again on business.
