The whole site is like a location for a historical period movie. There is one apartment and one large double bed room situated in this historic old country house, spaces beautifully renovated by architect Valentina and her husband. Huge bathroom. A sumptuous home made breakfast arrives every morning on a rolling tea trolly. It is not "in town", but public transport is nearby, and there is a wonderful restaurant across the street. Our warm and welcoming host, Valentina, gave us lots of tips on local archeology and history. Highly recommended.
