I was extremely impressed by this residence. My mom and I relocated to this residence after staying for 3 nights at an AirBnb nearby. The AirBnb was quite dark and lacked a certain functionality. This place in contrast was very bright and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay, including a great kitchen for preparing small meals and two bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of outlets. There were also luxurious touches like bathrobes and slippers. Our residence faced Via Rizzoli, a busy street in the historic district. We found it energizing and entertaining to open the big windows in the living room and watch the activity below. We could see the two towers from those windows. During the weekend, this section of Via Rizzoli becomes pedestrian-only. This is a great thing but not if you need to grab an Uber or taxi. We worked it out with an Uber driver on the day we had to get to the central station with our bags. We didn't actually have to walk that far to get picked up. I highly recommend this residence when you are in Bologna.
