49 reviewsThere are certain pros and cons about this bed and breakfast. The pros are that this apartment is located very close to the Bologna exhibition centre only 10 minutes walk. This apartment is very clean and basic one. It has sharing 3 or four rooms each have 4 beds but each have attach bath. We were given room with balcony. The owners clean these room & bath on daily basis. There is also a sharing refrigerator, microwave as well. The included breakfast is at coffee shop/bar round the corner of block. All the necessary amenities for a tourist are near the apartment. The cons are the owners are very cunning and always search chances to make their guest fool to grab money !!! They don't change towels daily which were very very old used ones and at our checkout Mr maglo demanded 60 euro for replacement of towels marked ABCD and threaten to call police. On arrival the owner kept us waited for almost 1 hour. On arrival/checkin mrs maglo demanded 80 euro extra for third guest although we have booked for three persons. These Italian owners have different strategies to make you fool from beginning till end to grab extra money so be aware and don't pay beyond agreed price on booking. Try to deal Italian the Italian way. Regards.
