B&B Brezzalpina

This is the third year we are staying at Brezzalpina. Mariarosa and her husband are great hosts and the place is great for its location and cleanliness. We love in particular her breakfast which is delicious and genuine. Thank you Mariarosa!

Apartment is very clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good and abundant. The accommodation is very near Fort Bard. The owner is very kind, gives a lot of useful advice and makes you feel at home. A car is a necessity.

Hostess greeted us very late at night, and was incredibly patient, the room is very inviting and nicely decorated, very good breakfast (the kids really liked the hot and delicious pancake). We visited the southern and northern part of the reserve gran paradiso, so the property is located in a good place in the middle. Internet reception is very good, comfortable beds, I liked the kids have 2 singles beds, and not a sofa bed.
We arrived late at night and was a little difficult to find the place, although the address is correct, the property is located between the bridge, and the parking lot of the local municipality, the property is three houses before the parking space. 
Too bad the owner does not speak English :(

This is an exceptional place and excellent value for money given the very high standard of the facilities and breakfast. The two roomed suite is great for a family with lots of room. Meticulously clean throughout and tasefully decorated.

The host is charming and helpful and prepares an excellent breakfast that changes daily with excellent baked local specialities and pancakes that are a great hit with kids of all ages. The guests have their own entrance and parking is very convenient and free.

One of the best public children's playgrounds I've ever seen is 1 minute away (opposite behind the library) where the kids can play on the zipwire and other unusual equipment while the parents can take in the stunning views. Centrally loacted in the Valle D'Aosta not only is Bard just a short walk or drive but most places in the valley can be reached within 20-30 mins by car so it's a great spot for exploring the many side valleys and reaching multiple ski locations. Wi-Fi was excellent and the guest roooms have their own entrance and a simple but good quality/value restaurant/pizzeria is 5 mins walk away (seperately reviewed).

We ended up staying a couple of days longer than we originally planned because this place so good.

Beautiful friendly people running the place, the couple are so nice and welcoming, the B&B is easy to find, short walking distance of the fortress and lovely old town, you can find around there a nice pizza restaurant, couple of restaurants and wine places around the fortress . My room was lovely the only bad part was the view from the window and the bed not very confortable otherwise the room comes with all that you need, kettle, small fridge, dressing gowns, sleepers  even a small table to eat or have tea. 
Breakfast was delicious all home made.
