The room is spacious and very cozy, with air conditioning, for the hot summer...a real oasis of peace! We spent 4 days as a fairy tale. The location is excellent to reach every location. The room is 300 meters from the Porziuncola. The parking is on the road and not guarded but it is in front of the room and the area is very quiet. The kitchen is shared with the other guests. The owner is very kind and available. We will definitely return!

To spend Easter in Assisi we booked this b&b. The owners are very kind, but the cleaning is average and breakfast is left to the guests according to a ghostly convention with one or two bars nearby... at least 200 m on foot from the nearest one, but at Easter and Pasquetta it was closed! So we had to take the car... not very comfortable.

It's a good position, but the rest is like this.

I was there in August a few years ago with my family and I never forgot it, I chose the closed box over the Internet in the sense that we didn't know the place, having never been there we were welcomed as if we had known each other forever, an incredible cleanliness a great availability from the owners they treat people like family members.

A beautiful memory

I stayed alone in the summer on the occasion of a transfer to Umbria and what can I say? Mrs. Serena and her husband have been very kind from the first contact. Spacious and clean room, with a large bathroom. The small and well-maintained, clean and functional structure. Breakfast is not included but available to guests on the ground floor there is a kitchen where you can prepare something to eat, otherwise bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away, as well as a supermaket.

Kindness and courtesy

This property is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli near the Porziuncola; to get to Assisi you need to take the bus (not far, in front of the church), or take a pleasant walk. The rooms are nice, the kitchen is in common and the cleaning is good.
