Great hosts, great location, beautifully considered in every respect. The short gravel driveway reveals nothing but the Corten steel gates are a giveaway to what lies beyond. Designed by a local Torbole based architect with a nod to Bauhaus the buildings sit perfectly in the landscape. Despite being small and family run this hotel has all the features of some of the worlds best hotels. The hosts are super welcoming and are always on hand to assist. The location is perfect to explore the Garda region and only 90 mins from the awe inspiring Dolomites and whatever your day brings whether hiking, mountain biking or shopping in Riva del Garda there is always a selection of homemade cakes to return to. Although no restaurant on site the breakfast is amazing, home grown and locally sourced produce is abundant…those tomatoes!!!! The family also run the local pizzeria, only 10 mins walk through the on site vineyard, the pizzas, and wine are sublime. The website has a great variety of local attractions, we rented electric bikes to explore some of the 100’s kilometres of bike paths. Velobike delivered and picked up from the hotel - great service. The early morning and evening swim in the stylish 20m pool capped of an amazing stay. Definitely a hotel to return to.
