Second time we have been.
Stefano and Nicole welcomed us like old friends.
Everyone we met there was friendly .
Our room, breakfast and room service were all excellent.
Looking forward to returning next year.

very nice , have been a couple of times, so close to beach and lovely people - .loved that the car parking space is only ten euros and they were happy for us to cancel and rebook during covid
it's in the budello - old toown area so sujper close to everything adn with a gorgeous garden area x

First thing to say is  thank you to Stefano and Nicol for looking after us during our stay.
Also want to say thanks to the lady in the dining room ( don't know her name ) her welcoming smile every morning , got the day off to a great start.  Plenty of choice on the buffet table, meats, cheese, fruit salad,  yoghurt and more..  Great coffee too !

Our 1st floor room looked along the cul-de-sac; it was spacious, clean, we had an air conditioning control, the TV remote ( and the TV of course ! ) and we loved the bathroom , particularly the shower and the ample supply of towels.!  Whoever was cleaning our room, did a fine job.

We only spent about half an hour one evening, in the TV lounge but it was warm, dry and hey, that's a big TV in there !

The resident pussy cat Mio ( meow ? )  is happy to talk with you but doesn't want to be stroked !!

We had a great time here and wholeheartedly recommend it, hopefully we'll be back there again in the next year or so.

Oh just to add that the room rates are very reasonable !!

A perfect combination of Alassios old Victorian peak époque and today. A Villa remade to a hotel in a garden. The prize versus value of living is unbeatable. To my great surprise they even had a very nice breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Top score! Thank you for being so service minded and helping me in my process of falling in love in Alassio.

Good value for money. Absolutely not luxurious, but fine for budget vacation.

Do not book a beach in advance with the booking of this hotel!!! They will charge you even if you will not come. There are 3 free beaches nearby: 400 - 850 m, small but it is possible to use. Almost all the private beaches in Alassio has available seats even during the highest season.

We went there by accident, and had a very nice surprise. The hotel was simple but our room was very nicely decorated and super clean. Staff was friendly, we stayed with 2 toddlers and they helped us and arrange the room for them with a baby cot and a bed with a safety barrier.Nice for a family stay

Really nice place. Old but very clean. We had a room with a terrace. Really comfortable. Nice garden in the middle of the city. Truly good price/quality offer. Everytime in Alassio we go there. Breakfast is a bit disappointing...
