Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. **Take also into account: Payment will be collected as to the credit card that you put on the system. As an alternative method we can collect payment by cash app or ATH Mobile, in that case you need to send us a message notifying your preferred payment method. If not, credit card will be your payment method by default. Pet fee is $25.00. It must be paid directly to the property. It can be by cash app, ATH mobile or Zelle. Currently it is the only way to pay for pets please notify us when booking that a pet will be staying at the property. A document (DocuSing) authorising the purchase with the credit card is required. You will need to attach a photo of your driving licence to the document. Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card. We want to clarify that this reservation is for a complete house or apartment. Although the page will indicate that it is a room, it is the entire house or apartment for you and you are not sharing rooms with other guests.
