Arrived here in the evening of the 29/3/18. There was nobody here to check us in, so we had to use our own phone to call a number. Rooms were a disgrace. No not water at all! Not even in the hot tub! Had to ask for toilet roll. When the problems were highlighted, staff told me they didn't speak English (in english!) 
Booked through booking.com and surprisingly enough, the hotel does not appear there anymore! Not even hostel standard. Avoid!

Absolutely abysmal!

He came with his wife and child. They started to move around and the toilet was running. We promised to fix it. After an hour we did. After the first night the jacuzzi broke down. The sauna did not heat up more than 38°C. All two days the light went out constantly. The pool was in a ruined state. The space was with a well drilled hole. Everything was falling apart in our hands. The hole is terrible. We bought beautiful pictures on the Internet and cheap prices. DON'T PRIZE THERE NEVER!!!

Two nights.

I stayed in this place against my better judgement because the hotel I had initially booked was not pet friendly.  The pet friendly status was what drew me. I thought "how bad can it be ?" Folks its bad ! Not the worst but bad.  
The hotel needs repairs. In our room the wallpaper was separating from the wall. There was fury on the base board of the bed, tiles and grout missing from the hot tub and the bathroom door was rusted. 
Here is the ugly thing is the hot tub will flood if it is not running or draining the water with the drain flap half way.  The switch to turn it on was behind a cabinet. It flooded - it was then we were given the instructions on how the thing was rigged.  Bad bad 
Pros were the bed was comfortable and they had good cable service 
I will tell you if you are looking for a hotel there are better places this  this for a better value. 
The biggest thing that sticks out is try he property adminstration  has to know the issues but it seems try hey do not care.  Very sad.  

Very disappointing 

I'm staying here for the fifth time. It's just great, and the location, and the rooms, and the staff. And the breakfast!)) If I come again, it's just for you!... And a teaspoon of cloves)) How about without it)) When you had it in November, they didn't give you a discount, and the explanations were vague.)) And it would be good to introduce discounts to regular customers.

It's normal.

Fake advertising! booked it through a website known for hotel bookings the photos look great and it looked promising. I booked a hotel room with breakfast. When I arrived I was told that there was no breakfast! That it hadn't been there for a while. And the place is a little dirty. Home absolutely cold. A place practically abandoned.

I can 't do that!

This ramshackle overpriced establishment was one if the worst hotels we have ever stayed at (and we lived and traveled many years in Southeast Asia and china). 
For those that enjoy the company of all the guests that pass through the hallways at night and the stereos of the cars passing by the intersection, this is the perfect place.
The staff was very good at doing the least possible to help, even with renting bicycles from the adjacent shop which is also owned by the same owner.
We have experience with curtain-less showers, but never before has the whole bathroom (and I mean the ceiling as well) gotten wet after every shower (or rather sprinkler system).
While the location is great, the nearby aviv hostel and emily's looked like more favorable options. Thankfully we only had to spend one night here.


Terrible

The rooms in the old wing (1-9) should be renowed as soon as possible. While they are quite spacious, the room and bathroom doors handles were tearing apart and the door to the balcony had holes. The room was smelling of sigarettes. 
The position is quite good, in the very middle of the city and the staff availlable and caring.
