We as a grp of 33 people checked in on 23rd Night Oct 2017. View at first sight was very disappointing foul smell all through out the area and very old building and rooms. the reception area was good but inside all is very old. no choice of food. the same dish was served 3 days and was kept frozen for long time. only after our complaint last day they added little different dishes. the bed spreads were used for more cients and not been changed when asked for it they simply neglect and dont answer properly. very rude staffs.
2nd day the Hotel incharge went outside locking the Hotel entrance glass door with chain and lock and came late. our people were standing 1 hr outside the hotel with 16 people at 10.45 pm to 11.45 pm. When asked for he is shouting at us and giving all answers which doesn't suit the situation. Very arogant behaviour. 
Totally horrible place of stay in our trip.

The place was very dirty: plastic cups and cigarette buds in the elevators, dirt in the bathtub, no toilet paper in the public toilets....
After we found a piece of  metal in the salad, the cook came to apologize.

Rooms were not very clean, dining hall crowded with people, junk quality of food

And the worst part: forgot my 10$ Nokia in my room, call them 2 days later and they say they could not find it. Horrible

Worst hotel I ever stayed at

I stayed at this hotel recently as part of a large family celebration. This location was chosen due the kosher food (this hotel is advertised as religious), reasonable rates and location. 

Location: In central place in Tiberias and not far from the Kinneret.

Rooms: Despite reviews stating otherwise, I found the rooms to be clean, neat and spacious. Not luxurious by any means, but quite reasonable. For those who need hard mattresses, the mattress in my room was quite soft. Also, the walls between the rooms are pretty thin. It seemed to me that most the rooms are similar, except the Suite, which is larger and has a Jacuzzi.

Food: The dining room of the hotel is quite lovely and the food (served buffet style during most of the weekend) is served in a pleasing manner. There were many salads and they were quite good. I didn't care for the meat and chicken, nor for the desserts.
Our party held most of the meals/prayers in a separate room due to the amount of people (around 40). While this was good in terms of privacy, I didn't feel that the separate room received the same service as the diners in the main dining room.

Service: The front desk did their best, but there were issues. One room had to ask for a folding bed (that had been ordered in the original reservation) numerous times before it was finally delivered. In addition, the shabbat elevator didn't work - this was a problem for the older people in our party who keep shabbat.

Although the hotel advertises itself as a religious hotel, there were quite a number of non-religious guests as well, so I think any family who has both religious and non-religious members would feel comfortable here (except when their shabbat elevator doesn't work...).

Kosher Family Gatherings

The hotel is In desperate need of room renovation. They are extremely run down. The food is extremely basic. They have a buffet but very limited options and poor quality food. The staff are lovely but overall would not stay here again. Very disappointing.

Bad hotel

I stayed in C hotels for one night, warmth of the service started right from the Reception desk staff. Very cordial and comfortable staffs. Location is very nice and calm, just the city of Tiberias itself. Good restaurant and rooms.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

Told we had been transferred to this hotel as an up-grade, our party had looked forward to staying here as previous hotel had fairly good reviews. What a disappointment!
Staff were uninterested at best and positively rude at worst. 
Room, although had had some fairly new furnishings ( to rebrand it as a boutique hotel I suppose), was dirty . The cleaner had left all the edges of the floor with a nice layer of dust/ dirt and a collection of dirt along the edge of the bath which didn't get cleaned off the whole 4 days we were there. The hairs around the toilet and in bath were cleaned off because I cleaned them off!
The towels were poor quality and 2 had black stains.
The tiles around bath and bath fittings had not been upgraded when sink replaced and were old, tarnished and poor quality.
The food was the bonus in this hotel as it was plentiful and large selection and fairly good quality.
BEWARE of the 1st floor rooms - some don't have grills over windows and one of our group woke to a noise and found 2 men trying to jimmy open her window. The night manager was supportive and agreed a room change the next day but day receptionist then gave impression they were being awkward for wanting to change rooms and almost verged on unpleasant, and grudgingly gave the couple one drink for compensation!
Definitely not somewhere I would recommend.

Glass topped MDF furniture and a new trendy sink do not make a 'boutique' hotel!

The hotel is clean and pretty comfortable, but not much more.  The staff were pleasant, but not proactive in their service. 

The hotel is located outside of the main district, so you have to drive to get to a restaurant. It's not that far, but definitely further than walking distance.

Free wifi in the lobby, parking is mainly on the street.

A decent hotel

Great hotel for the price, nice breakfast and buffet evening. We had two rooms, both with TV and air conditioning. No hairdryer - but can be borrowed. Free WiFi in the reception area. Outside the city center on a hill. 20 mins walk into town.
