The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv is my favourite hotel when visiting Israel. Superb location – within easy reach of the tech hubs, the best beaches, and fabulous restaurants. It’s also a 5-minute walk from the train station, which connects to Jerusalem, the airport, and the north of Israel. The hotel is very well maintained. The public areas are well designed, comfortable, and clean. The rooms have spectacular views, especially those on the higher floors. They are perfectly cleaned and equipped with orthopedic beds and comfy linen. There’s a professional Lavazza espresso machine with capsules in the room, along with a daily supply of mineral water. You’ll also find an iron, hairdryer, and various utility kits (e.g., shaving). The service is impeccable. I’ve never had a negative encounter. The entire staff is well-trained, polite, and versatile. On several occasions when we needed help related to the airport and other non-hotel matters, the staff was always very helpful. Special thanks to Shelli, who’s been available and helpful 24/7.
