Auberge Shulamit is perched on the side of a hill overlooking the valley of Galilee.It is situated in charming Rosh Pina which has an interesting history.The rooms have good views and are generally very comfortable,but it is the cuisine in this family run establishment which is the highlight.The breakfasts were superb and the service friendly and obliging.The dinner menu and cuisine also seems to attract many from near and far.
We found the Auberge after asking because of some confusion in the street address and a good sign in English would be helpful.All in all we really enjoyed our stay and found Rosh Pina to be a good base for local sightseeing.

Great location and cuisine

My boyfriend and I stayed at the “Auberge Shulamit” this weekend and it was absolutely more than we expected. The hotel’s manager and stuff were so nice and welcoming. Rooms are so comfy and clean. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, fantastic food and service plus a gorgeous view. Definitely we’ll come again! תודה רבה מואיס! 

Just Perfect :)

We are four seniors who stayed three nights in Feb. Very pleasant and helpful owners and staff. Nice rooms with amazing views east to valley & hills.Excellent breakfast and very good fair-priced dinner. Dinner menu had good selections, beautifully prepared and presented. Great location for touring close to Hula parks, Safed, Tiberias and Rosh Pina as well as winery tours.Would happily return. Only drawback is the 49 or so steps to the rooms but the view is worth it!! Noise was not a factor for us. Steps seemed shorter each time we did them!! Not for the stair -challenged, but great for everyone else

Great Experience

The food was okay but definitely not worth the bill.. 
It’s trying too hard to be something it’s not unfortunately. Service was great and waiters were all lovely, the presentation of dishes was fancy, but the actual food was sadly nothing more than average. I am quite a foody and dont mind at all spending good money on a meal, but the quality has to be there. Simple produce and a lot of talent is all it takes to create magic. Classic music and a nice decor made for an agreeable moment, am just saying that what we had in our plate was not on the level, when you charge this sort of money.

Trying hard but missing

I judge a hotel in several ways. On value this was decent value especially during the holiday season. It is in a popular town and
convenient for sightseeing. We were four 70+ year olds, fortunately fairly fit but our rooms required us to climb some 49 steps which was quite demanding. Breakfast was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. There is plenty of parking and the rooms were clean and the water hot. The hotel itself would merit some modernisation. It is a bit tired. Although modern appliances have been fitted, the structure would merit refurbishment.

Good value but not necessarily for the elderly.

The Shulamit hostel is a very pleasant hostel. It is true that this place has had better days. The setting of the time is charming, but the maintenance leaves a little to be desired. We had a very successful and pleasantly copious breakfast there. To get to the rooms, there are many steps to climb. To sum up, pleasant, but not more. The lack of swimming pool makes you feel badly.

A picturesque hostel

The hotel has an excellent quality/price ratio, being in Rosh Pina (which in general is quite expensive). It is an old hotel with an air a little decadent, but very charming and also romantic. Our room was large, very clean and well furnished, we had the jacuzzi on the balcony. It was very clean and breakfast was delicious (we made the breakfast sweet Italian, but those who love the salty breakfast will find a real bruch with every kind of food!). the owner was always very kind and prolific with information. we were very good here! Rosh Pinali is a great place to go around, Tzfat, the Golan and go to the cellar. we didn't try the restaurant which boasts a beautiful view of the land.

A great place to recharge batteries during a trip to Israel.

Excellent breakfast and restaurant. personalized and very helpful care. We were invited with coffee and refreshments every evening. Beautiful rooms, decorated with detail. Bedclothes of excellent quality. The view, spectacular. 200ms from the historic area, very comfortable location.

We spent two nights at the Shulamit hostel last August. We had a room with a private jacuzzi. We were very disappointed: the weather was very bad and noisy, the room was just clean and we could hear the cars on the road.
