I booked through booking.com and got a message in flight that this place had closed.  It looks like it’s still open so I’m not sure what happened.  Having the first night cancelled was annoying.  We ended up staying closer to Newgrange which worked out, and I would recommend as a future approach for others.  I’d avoid this place for the risk of cancellation.

Found the B&B after travelling through heavy traffic because of cycling races and a festival near the castle. It was a lovely surprise to find the property exceeded our expectations with a nice large room with a spotless, roomy en-suite. Verity was lovely and after visiting the castle we had a great nights sleep and a filling continental breakfast in the morning

A very pleasant surprise to find such a nice place to stay

This B&B is located a five minute walk from Trim.  It has off-the-street parking and free Wi-Fi. The rooms were clean and well equipped.  The owner, Verity, was friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants, and attractions.  The Irish breakfast that she served was excellent.  I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Lovely experience

Easy to find, on the road in from Navan, and much room for parking out front.  Large room with good storage, desk, modern decoration.  We just noticed the balcony at the end of the hall right before we left -- gives view of castle, especially with a telephoto.
What I remember the most is the nicely upholstered seats just inside the door to the balcony -- very attractive!
Good breakfast; amiable hostess; affordable.

Great Location and Parking

Stayed here for the night the B&B is very clean I mean very clean I have given it 4 out of 5 due to the shower in my room was not performing properly (haven't reported it yet to owners) needs to be fixed but still manage a wash. so overall I would recommend it as one of the better end of the B&B market. 

Clean and tidy

The Castleview House looks like a typical guesthouse in Ireland from the outside and is easy to find. The Castle is about a 10-minute walk away, also in the centre of Trim. Inside the house seems to have been renovated, everything is very clean. The walls here are very thin, which makes the whole house a little bright. The owner has welcomed us kindly. The rooms are large enough, the furnishings are modern (and very IKEA-like); breakfast is sufficient, including mussels, fruit, jurt and regular bread. Rosemary is ready to receive, Irish Breakfast is brought to the table on order, including Porridge Trim. Toast is always available as well.

Nice guesthouse near the city centre and the castle

Bead & Breakfast very well located (you can walk to the city centre of Trim). Spacious and comfortable rooms but no sound insulation (you can hear neighbors talking). Very clean. Good breakfast. Simple home, not very warm.

This is the worst bed of our 15 nights in Ireland, a low-quality, noisy summertime. The modern-style room deserves to be very clean, ideal for the tiny bathroom. The host seemed tired and disinterested in his activity. The breakfast is just like the rest but nothing more. The quiet house is well placed to visit Trim which is a charming little town.

Correct without charm

Very nice B&B, clean, neat and tidy. The owners are very friendly and attentive, but at the same time they don't come over you as sometimes happens in family hotels. The entrance to the house has free parking. To the center of Trim and the castle walk 10 minutes. The bed is comfortable, good bedding and comfortable pillows. Breakfast is included, but it's not remarkable.

It's a very nice B&B.

We spent two nights in Trim at the end of our Wild Atlantic Way tour. Super nice, tasty and new B&B. Parking right outside the door, in spacious restaurants and pubs, very clean rooms, very nice owner, very good breakfast.
