I often stay in The Central Hotel in Donegal, it's a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend it. The food is amazing and I always find the staff to be exemplary.. This May, at very short notice I had to run and collect a client in the middle of the night and get him to Dublin airport for a family emergency. I would like to highlight the help I received from Michael that night. He was working through the night and offered to alarm call me at 4:30am. When I arrived downstairs he had a pot of tea and toast ready for me, a quick one for before I left and a takeaway cup to keep me going on my 9 hour round trip. I couldn't thank Michael enough - above and beyond.
