Sunnymeade B&B was a delight. Wonderfully clean. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with great suggestions for activities. The breakfast was first class. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sunnymeade. The house is spotlessly clean. Our room had a very comfortable large bed with a small flatscreen television. The hosts were so lovely to deal with and were very welcoming. The views were stunning from the breakfast room where we served some fresh fruit and a delicious Irish breakfast. Help was available at all times with irons and offers of getting lifts to collect our car from venues. The hosts were very knowledgeable regarding local things to do and they even had menus for our perusal from restaurants nearby. I absolutely encourage anyone who is thinking of staying here to go ahead! The only thing is that there didn't appear to be a bar or restaurant in the vicinity so at night especially you have to drive to the nearest one in the next village or it takes 14 minutes or so to walk (at the moment they appear to be building a footpath between the two villages but for the moment it would be a bit dark to walk back at night time).

Location and views perfect. Clean and tidy with Joe & Rose always ready to help / assist. Excellent breakfast also. Only minor issue no tea / coffee making facilities in the room but available in the dining room.

I spent one night with my wife at this B&B during our Irish tour and I can tell that this is one of the top accomodations we experienced.
It is conveniently located in Renvyle, reasonably close to Knock airport, and to several natural attractions in Connemara (Kylemore abbey at less than 10 minues drive, Dog's beach etc).
The owners are very kind and welcoming, breakfast is fabolous, especially because the breakfast room is inside a veranda facing the ocean.

Rose and Joe are fantastic hosts at this great value B&B . The breakfast especially the freshly prepared fruit was most welcome . Rose went out of her way to advise on local eateries and sights to visit. If you are looking for a quiet few days you don't need to search anymore .

Having booked to stay here 6 months in advance I genuinely couldn't remember why I had chosen here in particular. All was revealed when we pulled onto the driveway though. The spectacular views were breathtaking and something I had also forgotten was that I had booked a Seaview studio. Cosy and compact but with our own private patio with which to enjoy the wonderful scenery which due to the constantly changing weather was always revealing something different. The studio had everything we needed although if you're looking for lots of space you might want to consider one of the guest rooms within the house. A wonderful experience and one that will live long in the memory.
