Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport

Arrived at the hotel and went directly to the check-in desk and was unfortunately serviced by someone that did not look like they were having a good day. I ended up leaving the line and went back to the counter and was waited on by Ramona. What an absolute pleasant surprise it was to be greeted by such a warm and smiling individual. It was the total opposite of what we had just experienced. Ramona made us feel so welcome. We were a little early for check-in and Ramona told us that would not be a problem. She was very honest and said she had to check with the supervisor to see if they could accommodate us. Ramona could not have been nicer and if all your employees were like her, you would run a fantastic hotel. She even told us to have a fantastic trip when we checked out !! Genuinely a warm soul. As far as the room … clean, modern touches and great A/C !! And quiet as can be !! Just what we needed after a red eye flight. It was my first time patronizing the Clayton Hotel and I will definitely be back. As a matter of fact, we booked another night at the beginning of September and we will be looking for Ramona when we check in.
