Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Tasty breakfast. I would note that the walls are a bit thin and because they are directly above the bar, the music in the evening is very audible. Not a bad thing if you're young and intend to hang out at the bar, but if you want to go to bed before 11pm, you might consider an alternative stay.  It's not horrible, but definitely affect our ability to sleep before 11pm.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom did noy have any sort of shelf or other place to place your bathroom items and the floor of the shower was quite slippery, but both were minor inconveniences. We will gladly stay again. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty prepared to order.

In heart of Killarney so anticipate music until the early hours of each day.

Taller Jack is a great BnB in the heart of Killarney. There are so many shops and restaurants in walking distance (even in the off season). Check-in/out was very simple and our booking included a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and our entire stay was great!

We had an awesome stay ! It is above a pub so we were worried we would be kept up all night but we went out and by the time we go home at midnight there was no music going on so it was perfect. Rooms are small but have everything you need and beds are comfy. Best part was the free full Irish breakfast in the morning. Would stay again

The staff at the Hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed at the hotel. The breakfast is free for guests and you have a wide selection of choices and they are delicious. Parking is also close and very convenient as well, just a short walk to the hotel, less than 3 minutes. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great spot.  Just a little loud on a Friday night with bars and clubs around.     Would definitely recommend thoughGreat breakfast too.  Witch we did not expect and it was included in our say aswell

Could have better notes about overnight parking As park sides near it are not overnight

The price was great, awesome breakfast included. updated room, small but included all amenities. Staff very pleasant.

Great place, great staff

The room had a lovely large window , second floor)where we could observe the coming & going of the community.The bathroom was clean. The shower  had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The towel warmer was an extra nice addition. The twin beds were comfortable and a bit close together, it was not really a problem.The breakfast menu has a variety of good selections. Fresh fruit and juice were available too. The select meat & cheese platter & the Veggie were out favorites.The bar is lively. We enjoyed the music whether in the bar or our room. One might bring ear plugs if you like to retire early in the evening.The staff was very friendly!

Great location in a vibrant area within walking distance of everything. Parking was in an offsite lot but free overnight and short walk to B&B.  Excellent breakfast. Thankful for room fan as no AC. Staff were all wonderful. Nightly music was wonderful. Need washcloths and a shelf in the shower. Otherwise excellent.

The hotel is located in the center of all activities. The noise is ok. The noise level of the nusic inside is not ok. You could feel the bass through the floor (in the room). Music downstairs wasn't that loud, so it has to do about the pkace of the soundboxes.No bedlights in room, only the big light.

This is a hotel over a bar and they have live music from 9pm until midnight. We knew that and were prepared for noise, but honestly it wasn't very loud up in the hotel portion. We could still hear the music, but didn't have any trouble sleeping. It was a small room, but the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The water pressure in the shower was nice too. Some of the best food we had was when we got dinner downstairs. I would definitely stay again. The only down fall in my opinion is that they don't have parking. There is a car park really close though that is free from 6:30pm until 8:30am.

The room was clean and modern but small. No space for 2 people to hang clothes. The bed was large and very comfy.  The shower lacked a shelf or ledge to put your soap or shampoo while showering. We had to put these on the shower floor. I think that a shelf is a necessity for safety reasons. The hotel is on a pedestrian only street which we weren't made aware of. Our online map kept on taking us to the street and after driving around and around, we called the hotel and they gave us directions to the nearest parking, which was just up the street.It would have saved us a lot of frustration had the hotel informed us beforehand where to park  and how to get to the hotel. The rooms are above the bar which has nightly live music. The rooms are not well sound proofed.The location is good with many restaurants and eateries near by.Great breakfast had a large variety to choose from.

My Mother, Aunt and I stayed here March 17th, 2023 and were pleased with our room, very clean and a good view of the busy street full of people celebrating St Paddy's Day! A PERFECT place to be to celebrate, the area was lively.Staff was very helpful and friendly, would recommend starying here unless you want quietness and an elevator. Lots of stairs to climb to your rooms... but we didn't mind! :)
