Elderberry B&B

Wonderful location, accommodating for a family of 5 and easy walk to town. It was a great location on a quiet street but an easy walk to town. The owners are lovely and have great advice of things to do along with a delicious cooked to order breakfast!

Highly recommended- you will experience true Irish Hospitality!

We stayed at Elderberry and Mrs. Berry made us feel so welcome. We had a large room which worked well for 2 adults and a toddler with an ensuite bathroom. Received a traditional Irish breakfast and the B&B felt cozy. Parking is available on site. Location is nearby the town. All around, great experience.

After trying several other BNBs in town, we drove to the Deer Park area to see if there was a room available. We were traveling without reservations and just needed one night. Myra answered the door and although full in the main house, offered us her private apartment in the back. She told a touching story of her mother who occupied the apartment until just recently. Myra and Eammon were so accommodating and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. If you find yourself in the area, I would highly recommend Elderberry! 

Just a short walk into town where many shops and restaurants await. 

Stayed here for one night with my son and grandson . Lovely rooms. Amazing family. Choice of breakfast amazing. I could not say anything bad about my stay. Such a clean place to stay. Highly recommend. Outstanding


Family of four adults traveling through for one night.  We had a single room, small for four adults but still enough space.  Rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the house is very homey.

Myra and Eammon cooked up a tasty and large breakfast, with the self service options (yogurt, cereals, breads, etc.) being varied and filling.  We talked with Myra a good deal during breakfast, and she is a lovely woman who epitomizes a good B&B hostess.  Eammon likewise gave us suggestions and tips for traveling.

Although we stayed briefly, we feel like it was a place we would stay at again for sure.

Stayed here for two nights over the last weekend. Room was fine, perhaps a little small if my partner had been with me. Bed was really comfortable and room was really clean.

Breakfast was great and owner was welcoming and friendly. Property was ideally situated for me about 7 mins walk from centre of Westport. 

Was in Westport with friends who stayed in Mocha Bean and An File both of which sounded very poor quality. 

Would seriously recommend Elderberry if you are planning to stay in Westport 

Very central, about a 7minute walk to town (in heels!!) and the daughter Eimear was lovely on check in. The room was beautifully made up, the ensuite was a little snug but we dont spend much time in there so its not a major deal!! Unfortunately the next morning we never made it for breakfast, but the smells wafting from the kitchen made me believe it would have been delicious!
