I was met by Maria who couldn't do enough for me the room was clean and bed was v comfy it had a tv Wi-Fi and it was in a quiet location I will gladly stay there again if I've one complaint it's no cooked breakfast only continental which is sad as the venue is beyond perfect  .

Suitable for visiting Westport. Structure well managed by Riccardo, who gave us excellent advice and made us feel at home. Bright, clean and well-appointed rooms. Average breakfast, paid parking, good location.

Second time we have stayed location is great easy walking distance to town, received a warm welcome at breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need and the house itself is lovely. We left a wedding ring in the bathroom and Maria kindly phoned and told us before we had realised we had left the ring behind. As we had left Westport she kindly sent the ring by registered post to us in England and would not take any money for the postage. Highly recommend this B & B for a warm Irish welcome !

I stayed here with my friend recently and was very happy. We were warmly welcomed by Josef who was really nice and friendly. The rooms were lovely and they did a really nice vegetarian breakfast. Its in a very central location. Would highly recommend this B&B.

Great location, lovely old house, comfortable and clean, helpful staff. Full breakfast advertised which is discontinued this season apparently. Disappointing. The buffet breakfast provided was adequate but unexciting and could have benefited from more variety of breads or scones.

This 3-star should probably be a 2-star. Needs some remodeling. Shower device to get hot water is antiquated and very loud! There is NO free parking unless you are there on a Sunday.  Parking is metered out front and you must buy tickets at a grocery store, then display in the car window.  Very inconvenient especially since Trip Advisor states "free parking."  NOT! Simple breakfast, not very fulfilling. Good location for a walk along the quay, to downtown area, to churches, etc. But no way to pay with credit card on property. While we were paying on Booking.com website while in the lobby, the rooms were also being booked by people online.  We were at the hotel and nearly lost the room!

Great location allowing you to walk to everything Westport has to offer.  You have to pay a minor fee to park out front.  The parking tickets can be purchased at the gas station across the street.  The house is older and a little dated but was clean and comfortable.  The owners do not live onsite but the B&B is staffed by great folks who are very friendly and helpful.  The breakfast was adequate.  If you don't want to climb 2 sets of stairs to the 3rd floor, I suggest you ask for a room on a lower floor.  Overall, a nice stay.
