River Valley Farmhouse

We had a very nice stay for 2 nights at river valley farmhouse. The hosts were adorable. The room was spacious and well equipped. Diversified and Nice breakfast. 5min away from killarney city center in a quiet location.

3 nights in this B&B : warm welcome ! Alice was always available and helpful. She also made suggestions for restaurants in Killarney and proposed to book tickets for us (danse show). Excellent breakfasts ! Good location, Clean and quiet rooms. Nice house. Many thanks to Alice and Pat. It was a wonderful stay 

We stayed 3 nights in Riveeer Farmer Valley during our trip in Ireland. The rooms are very nice, clean and confortable. The breakfasts were excellent, perfectly clean. It's  a very quiet place in a lovely countryside,.We received a very warm welcome and attention. We really enjoyed our stay in this place.

We stayed two nights at the River Valley Farmhouse during our Irish Holiday in mid-June.  Alice and Patrick were absolute pleasures!  The Irish breakfast was delicious, and everything in the room was comfortable.

I was not sure what to expect as this was my first time to stay in a Bed and Breakfast.  I found the home lovely.  I enjoyed my stay at River Valley.  Our room had a great view.  Pat and Alice are super nice and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay.  

Alice greeted us upon arrival and provided us with a recommendation for dinner and the dinner at Flesk did not disappoint!  Our room was spacious and clean.  It was quite chilly in the room when we got back but once we got in the warm bed, I was fine. Breakfast was delicious.  Alice was very sweet and inviting, an excellent host!  

The owners of the property are the nicest people you will meet. You can tell they really have a passion for showing guests the best of what Ireland has to offer.  The house was old but charming.  The room we stayed in had a great view of the farm fields.  The bathroom was small and dated, but it added to the Ireland feel of country living. Each day the hosts would ask what we would like for breakfast in the morning and cook it to order for our liking. It was wonderful service.

Typical irish b&b

An Excellent Stay!

First Time in B&B

Very very hard to find even local shop had no idea.
Greeted by an elderly lady who showed us a list of names asking which one are you?
Given key and as she said top of the stairs she was gone.
Very thirsty from our travels we couldn’t  see any tea making facilities so asked the lady downstairs and the reply was a very blunt  in the wardrobe.
Of course why didn’t we think of that.
When returning from our trip out for a meal we found they had entered our locked room and placed the tea making facilities out on display.
That should NOT be done.
All in all ok but would not return.
