Not a bad little place. I stayed here for the weekend as I was going to a concert at the 3arena. Rooms are basic. But you don't really need much. Very clean and the people that own the place are very friendly. We checked out at 11am and as our Aircoach wasn't due until 4pm, they gave us a key for the front door so we could utilise the living room and kitchen until we left. The B&B is in a nice part of town and the beds are very comfy! Very reasonable on price too.
